Abuse Policy:
If you think you have received an unwanted message, or a victim of a hate or racist message, via our system, please contact us with as much detail as possible. i.e. Your mobile phone number, date and time, description of the message contents, and if you know, who you think the message is from.
We take mobile spamming very seriously and will take action against the sender, if it is proven as spam. ICTIS require mobile marketing to be opt-in and can fine publishers breaking this protocol.
In extreme cases we can block your number on our system, but this means NONE of the publishers who use our system (includng charities and government departments) will be able to contact you. So we urge you to consider this action carefully and as a last resort.
Messages and publisher details are readly available for law enforcement agencies and we operate under UK law.

Publishers must warrant and indemnify Marketing Chaps against any such claims or actions, including suitable copyright ownership, accordance with UK law and the law in force at the message destination, including covering administration and lagal expenses incurred.
Zero Tolerance: Acts of racisim, hate, aggression, insurgance, libel, copyright theft, or brand bashing, will not be tolerated. Accounts may be terminated without refund and details passed to enforcement agencies.
